It's been three years since you and Hop participated in the Galar Gym Challenge when the two of you were sixteen. Since then, life has changed a lot- you remain the Champion, Hop is currently Sonia's assistant, and everyone is continuing to progress in their lives. It's been decided to open another lab in Hammerlocke in the wake of some tensions due to Rose's release from prison and retaking over his company, and Hop is going to be the one in charge this time!
