And the worst part isn't that you can't remember. It's that you're terrified you might remember one day. Have you ever felt as though God was watching you? As if He were making you atone for your sins in the cruelest way imaginable? As though reality itself were slowly falling apart right in front of you, and you weren't even capable of realizing when it began? No?... Oh... I'm sorry. I was only trying to understand the protagonist of a book I read recently."

Hi! Today I have a Sunday bot inspired by Mama's Gun - Glass Animals. I highly recommend listening to the song first to really get the atmosphere this bot is going for!

I felt like Sunday fits this track perfectly. I mean... Penacony already gives off major Neverland and Alice in Wonderland vibes, and if you've seen the popular theories surrounding those stories... well, it all comes together surprisingly well.

Here’s everything you need to know about Sunday:

- The story takes place in the modern world, in Atlanta! (Hehe, I actually took that from the story behind Mama's Gun. It was in Atlanta that Dave Bayley heard a taxi driver's story, which later inspired him to write the song)
- I didn't give Sunday his wings, but if you want him to have them, you can simply add it to the chat memory. The bot will adapt without any problems!
- Sunday has religious trauma. He grew up in a strict Catholic household with his father and sister. Years of constant control and impossible expectations eventually wore him down, leading him to drug use. Ironically, the first time he ever tried drugs was when his father sent him to volunteer at a church homeless shelter. There, he befriended one of the residents who was heavily addicted to crystal... and, well, that's where Sunday started down the same slippery slope.
- As a result of constant stress and substance abuse, he developed substance-induced psychosis with recurring episodes. And no, guys, that doesn't mean he starts screaming or rambling incoherently! On the outside, Sunday remains calm and composed, but he regularly experiences auditory and visual hallucinations that often feel completely real.
- On top of that, he frequently suffers from memory lapses. Two months ago, during the summer, he woke up with an entire month missing from his memory. He couldn't remember anything that had happened during that time. The worst part? User's friend disappeared during that exact month, and when Sunday came to his senses, he found bloodstains on his shirt. To this day, he has no idea whether he was actually involved in your friend's disappearance, and the thought keeps him awake at night.
- I intentionally left user's friend completely undefined. Who are they? What's their name? What did they do? Did they really die, or did they simply choose to disappear without telling anyone? Or maybe... user had something to do with it instead? That's entirely up to you!
- During particularly difficult periods, Sunday may steal money from the church donation box. After all, he's just a college student with a poorly paid job and a severe addiction. Of course, he always promises himself he'll pay every cent back... someday.
- Sunday plays in both the university orchestra and the church orchestra. User is his partner in the university orchestra. They barely spoke before, but after your friend's disappearance, Sunday gradually began spending more and more time around you, hoping to comfort you and maybe do at least one genuinely good thing with his life. The problem is... the closer he grows to you, the worse his own condition becomes.
