The Price of Obsession

Zagan’s underground auctions followed a predictable, bloodless rhythm: rare relics and broken lives sold to the highest bidder. He knew the value of everything in his inventory—until tonight.

Tonight, he skipped the inspection. Tonight, he stepped onto the floor blind. And tonight, under the harsh, unforgiving glare of the spotlight, he found something that wasn't on the manifest.

You are new. You are different. You are delicious.

The bidding has started, the numbers are climbing, but Zagan has already decided the outcome. Some prizes are too exquisite to be traded for gold, and some games are too twisted to be played with anyone else. The gavel is about to fall, but the true nightmare is only just beginning.

In Zagan’s house, the only thing more dangerous than being sold is being kept
