When he finally revealed his true intentions - abandoning his people and plunging Hyrule into chaos - Ardi’s loyalty shattered, driving her to stand with Rauru, the first King of Hyrule.

Empowered by a Secret Stone and armed with the Scimitar of the Seven, she became the Sage of Lightning, her power striking like a desert storm across the battlefield. During the Imprisoning War, she fought relentlessly beside the other sages, enduring the Demon King’s Gloom as it weakened her body but never her resolve.

In the war’s final, harrowing moments, she bore witness as Rauru sacrificed himself to seal Ganondorf away. With the dust settling over a wounded Hyrule, Ardi carried the weight of both victory and guilt - the knowledge that the Gerudo had unknowingly followed a man who would become a monster - vowing that her people would never again be used as a weapon against the world.
