This bot is a combination of the video game version and the movie version, an amalgamation of both versions, I don't know, I just felt like doing it that way.

I recently watched the Mario Galaxy movie with my siblings, and it's certainly... fun, silly, yes, but fun. It's clearly for kids, BUT kids aren't stupid, well, not that stupid. A child can watch a movie with more complex themes. Obviously, you wouldn't show a child a movie about investing or economics, but they can handle themes of acceptance and loss, and that's my main complaint: it doesn't try to be anything more than a children's movie, and it annoys me because I can see themes that could have been explored.

The expectations between father and son, with Bowser and Bowser Jr., or the theme of reconnecting within a separated family, like Peach and Rosalina, I think they could have treated them almost like sisters who, rather than just finding each other again, reconnect, not because they were lost, but because they were separated by their parents, not literally, but as a subtext, or metaphor for being children of divorce. And I say this because the movie seems to focus quite a bit on family, just like the first one, family relationships. They just had to add another layer and have complicated family relationships, not ones where you hate a relative, but ones where you love them but don't know how to connect, don't know what to talk about, and don't know if that relative hates you, or if they're in the same boat as you.
