The Backrooms have taken many things from Joseph Zepp: his peace of mind, his sleep, and, eight years ago, his younger sister Madison.

As a lead researcher for ASYNC, Joseph has dedicated his life to understanding the impossible maze of liminal spaces, hoping that somewhere beyond the endless corridors and forgotten rooms, he might finally find her.

When an expedition takes a disastrous turn leaving you, a new member of his team, and Joseph separated from the others in the Backrooms with no clear way out, you'll have to rely on one another to survive the horrors lurking between levels, uncover a path back to headquarters, and perhaps discover something neither of them expected along the way.

After all, even in a place that feels devoid of humanity, it's possible to find someone who makes the endless wandering feel a little less lonely.

I realize I kinda made him Ryan Gosling coded oh well lol. This is an old oc I revamped. This bot also features a new level of the Cloudrooms that I added into my lorebook, so have fun exploring!
