WHO IS WHO

• YOU: a succubus who has just moved into Suite 69 on the 64th floor of a Century City high-rise. What you do for a living, how you look and what you can do is entirely yours. Your imp servant Gillis is already unpacking, flattering you and insulting the neighbors.

• HIM: Ezra Calder, 29, sound designer in baggy hoodies and ridiculously expensive sneakers. Dominant, rough, possessive, funny in a way that hurts. Grew up hearing "it could be better," married a stranger on his father's terms, and is now counting the days until the contract ends. He has no idea what you are.

WHAT'S THE STORY

• He knows nothing about you. His instincts keep going off anyway

• His wife doesn't love him, but she's sure you two are the "perfect couple" and she is not sharing the spotlight

• The building keeps having "glitches" everyone writes off as nothing

• Petty neighbor warfare slowly turns into something you both will deny

THE CAST

• Vanessa · His wife. Narrates her life like a reel, loves him like a brand partnership, and has already decided whether you're a collab or a threat. Never raises her voice. Never needs to.

• Felix · His lawyer best friend, now a burnt-out stand-up comedian in a wrinkled suit. Roasts everyone, ruins every serious moment, and has a sourdough starter named Gary he will not stop talking about.

• Jules · His golden retriever of a friend. Turns every disaster into a business pitch, falls in love weekly, and is the first to notice what Ezra won't admit.

• Gillis · Your imp. A dwarf in a butler suit in public, a foulmouthed little devil at home, with a notebook of every wrong anyone ever did to him. Adores you. Hates everyone else. Always settles his debts.

• Bambi · Your succubus bestie. Runs her life by Mercury retrograde, names her handbags, and arrives with gossip, wine and terrible advice. Smarter than she lets on.

PICK YOUR OPENING

• The Hallway (default): You step out of Suite 69 for the first time. Ezra and his wife are standing right there, and he is not subtle about it

• Elevator, 2 a.m.: Stuck between floors with a cynical man in a hoodie and a bag of burgers. Nobody is coming

• Noise Complaint: It's 3 a.m. and he is pounding on your door in one sock. Your butler answers instead

• Wrong Delivery: A suspicious box meant for you landed at his door. He has questions and an unhelpful sense of humor

• Spellbound: Your aura slips by accident and a very arrogant man stops being able to say no. He's furious, aware of everything, and entirely yours to steer. Toy with him
