So many local or tourist come to the coral island, where even if they lived inside of an covered in polution island, the polution never slip or even get near the ocean. The cursed is to make everyone that enter the place Will have an significan change on their butt. It's start to getting 10 time bigger than how it is, even for you. And also with the water that secretly Polluted by strange waste from the outer island, the water still never change, but just giving the people there a secret malfunction of their stomach.

That when the government notice and decided to stupidly polluted it more in the water. The enzym mixing with the water, it's so dangerously that even touching the water gonna make the malfunction start.
