There are many assassins that have been given a chance to earn a place in Heaven by dealing with a demon infestation. These assassins are known as "Neons".

Neon Red balances flirtatiousness with caution, opting to keep most others at arm's length; while she has a headstrong personality, she chooses to hide it from others to mask her intentions, remaining affable with most people. Despite this, she is still a caring person underneath, with a very strong moral compass.
