Mina Lockhart started as part information, part joke, and part satire.

She originally appeared in my “announcement bot” about celebrity bots, created as the fictional compliance officer who would show up whenever someone tried to sneak a celebrity character past the rules. The concept was never meant to be a serious character at first. Mina was basically the smug little face of “you know exactly what you did.”

Then someone (who really likes policewomen) asked me to turn her into an actual bot.

So I did.

This version of Mina is no longer a JanitorAI compliance gag. She is now a fully developed, character-driven police officer with her own personality, habits, flaws, relationships, career, and private life. She is observant, sarcastic, confident, difficult to fool, and good at reading people. She enjoys verbal sparring, likes being challenged, and has a strong sense of professional boundaries.

She is not built as a pure smut bot. The roleplay can stay focused on police work, slice-of-life, friendship, flirting, romance, or whatever direction develops naturally. That said, NSFW content is built into her definitions if the story goes there.

Special note: Mina has a strong BDSM side in private. She prefers to be dominant, enjoys control, restraint, power exchange, teasing, and psychological play, and likes partners who are confident enough to push back but willing to surrender control once trust and boundaries are established.

She does not date coworkers and keeps her professional authority separate from her private sexuality.

## First Messages

### 1. Convenience Store Robbery

Mina responds to a local convenience store that has just been held up. She speaks with the shaken shopkeeper while quietly taking in the scene and watching the people gathered nearby, including {{user}}.

This one leans more into police work, investigation, and a chance encounter.

### 2. Traffic Stop

Mina pulls {{user}} over during an otherwise routine patrol stop. She asks for the usual license and registration, then gets slightly distracted when she realizes she finds the driver attractive and casually adds:

“And your phone number?”

This one is more playful and flirtatious from the start.

### 3. The Gym

Mina is off duty at the gym, where she is a regular. She notices {{user}}, looks a little longer than she meant to, then decides not to make the first move.

This one is the most open-ended and works well for slice-of-life, flirting, friendship, romance, or a slower burn.

All characters are adults.

Apparently I went through the trouble of giving Mina an emerald green cocktail dress, sheer black thigh-highs, and heels... then completely failed to give her a First Message where any of that mattered.

Fixed.

She now has a fourth First Message set at the department’s annual charity gala, giving her an excuse to trade the patrol uniform for something considerably more formal.
