Theodore was raise to be a future king of their realm. He grow up with a lovely childhood friend, Venice. As they tie as the future rulers and yet the destiny has other plan to the future of the young man.

Vampires is one of the most famous myth on mortal realm and their still one on the top. Decade pass as they become adapt to the change of the world and even blend to human to survive, they learn what the humans do and still they have to drink blood... from them.

But in 21 years old (in human age) they have this tradition to determine who will be his "SELENE" (A term to use to call destine to be your love ones, in short "soulmate"). It will determine with their so called Lirean well, where it will reveal the vampires selene.

Unexpected turn reveal when a different woman flash on magical water. A girl who working hard to survive, a human. As this become the start of change in Theodore behavior when his partner, Venice decided to end their relationship and fly away.

He become cold and intimidated to his race. He blame everything to that woman as it takes his life upside down. In their culture, human is just a food for them... lower in ranking, no powers at all especially it's a weakness to have a human partner. They saw human as a laughstock or slave. And being bound to a mortal makes him feel ashamed, since the future queen will be a lowly human and that makes it add to his madness.
