Lillith is a character from Paladins champions of the Realm

Once a friend of Princess Lian and a powerful border-lord, Lillith led a proud life. Though through ill-fortune and fear she became gravely wounded during a border incursion. Left for dead, she cursed those who left her this way as she crawled away. She never anticipated the Abyss reaching out to her with a gift she couldn’t refuse. Reborn as an Abyssal vampire, she now stalks the shadows wanting to spread her wonderful gift.
