I don't think this is a good idea, but... I'd like to express my opinion.

What does angst mean to you? And to be more specific, how important is this genre to your taste? Personally, I've noticed that dark content has become disproportionately prevalent on the site compared to fluffy or comedic content. It sometimes seems like authors are fiercely competing to create the darkest and most depressing scenarios possible, incorporating drama where, again, in my opinion, it could have been done without. You look at the trends and there it is: angst, angst, angst, or something with the obligatory elements of angst. I'm not a big fan of this genre myself, although I've encountered some good, truly good bots on this topic. But sometimes it seems like drama is literally pouring out of everything, like filling from a poorly baked pie. And most of the drama is literally contrived—the plot cliches are so old they were used back in the days of black-and-white cinema. So, my dear subscriber or random traveler scrolling through my feed, if you can, drop a few lines about what angst is for you.
