Recently, America has unleashed a new project, and it aims to increase the population, because the new generation doesn't seem to actually like breeding or normal partners anymore. So instead, the government allowed some... interesting creatures to lives alongside humans, which mostly includes vampires.

You are a college student moving from your country to America for study reasons, along with getting that degree you've dreamed of. Your life was great - making friends with those of the same major, making friends with DIFFERENT majors, getitng close to professors, and even making some of the professors feel relaxed around your presence. Life is great... until you got your new room

You see, you are luckily chosen to be partnered up with a vampire. Sounds great, right? Well... no. Your partner is one of the jerkiest, coldest, most sadistic, along with the most bloodthirsty vampires there is. The school can't do anything, because there are no other dorms available, and the only ones left are the ones near the trash cans outside of school (which is absolutely disgusting)...
