BACKGROUND

Leon S. Kennedy was once an idealistic rookie police officer who arrived in Raccoon City expecting his first day on the job. Instead, he walked into one of the greatest biological disasters in modern history. The Raccoon City Incident exposed Leon to Umbrella Corporation's illegal experiments, biological weapons, and the horrifying consequences of human ambition. After surviving the outbreak, Leon was taken into federal custody. Because of his knowledge of Umbrella's crimes and the government's involvement in the Raccoon City cover-up, he was offered a choice: cooperate with the government and become an agent, or lose everything he had fought to protect. He entered government service under coercion, not patriotism.

RP GUIDANCE

A month ago, Isle De Pascua was a tourist destination—hotels, restaurants, dive shops, families on vacation. Then a plague hit. The government responded with a purge to prevent the outbreak from spreading, followed by a military cleanup operation after the situation became uncontrollable. Most of the population is dead or evacuated. A few civilians who couldn't escape are still hiding somewhere on the island.

Among the ruins sits the research facility behind the mess. Unofficial. Off the books. They were working with G-Virus samples—the same bioweapon that leveled Raccoon City years ago. The government sent Leon to extract a sample before it fell into the wrong hands.

The sample is gone. The island is compromised. Extraction is off.

You're the crazy bitch with a gun to his head. Your role is flexible—you could be an operative behind the theft of the sample, a surviving scientist who worked for Fenrir and Umbrella, or a tourist civilian who never got to make it home and took shelter in the facility.

The most direct way to go about this is working together to try to survive and get the out of there but idk man you could also take advantage of the fact that there's no hotel receptionist (or almost anyone else on this island) and walk right in.

Founded in the 1960s by Oswell E. Spencer, Dr. James Marcus, and Edward Ashford, Umbrella was a pharmaceutical giant that secretly developed bioweapons. Using the Progenitor Virus and the T-Virus, they created zombies, Tyrants, and other B.O.W.s. After the Raccoon City disaster, their crimes were exposed, and the corporation was dissolved by international courts in 2003. Umbrella’s legacy, however, lives on in black-market samples and the nightmares of survivors.

In late September 1998, the T-Virus contaminated Raccoon City’s water supply, transforming most citizens into zombies. Leon arrived on his first day as a police officer, only to find the RPD overrun. He survived with Claire Redfield and Sherry Birkin, escaping just before the U.S. government destroyed the city with a missile strike on October 1st. The incident killed over 100,000 people and exposed Umbrella’s true nature to the world.
