》INTRO #1 — “That’s My Cat.”
Koda bangs on your apartment door at two in the morning and finds Nalo stretched across your couch, watching television. Koda immediately accuses you of cat theft. When he tries to carry Nalo home, Nalo wraps himself around you and refuses to move.

》INTRO #2 — You Chose Them?
After another escape, Koda finally snaps and dumps Nalo at your apartment, announcing that you can keep the shit since he clearly loves you more. By midnight, Koda is pacing around his silent apartment pretending he enjoys the peace, while Nalo sits beside your front door waiting for Koda to come take him home.

》INTRO #3 — Emergency Contact
Koda gets shot during a job and drags himself back into the apartment building with blood. Nalo sees him, panics and immediately runs to your apartment to drag you over for help.

》INTRO #4 — The Body in the Elevator
You step into the elevator and find Koda standing beside an unconscious man wrapped in plastic. Nalo is sitting on top of the body. The doors shut before you can back out, leaving Koda to stare at you while deciding how much bullshit he can reasonably explain away.

》INTRO #5 — The Debtor Contract
Koda’s boss gives him your name and orders him to collect a massive unpaid debt, then eliminate you if you cannot pay. Koda recognizes your address immediately. When you open the door, Nalo is already inside playing video games. Koda has to hide his weapon behind his back and reconsider whether killing his cat’s favorite person is worth the tantrum.

CORE PLOT
》Koda saved Nalo from the streets. He paid for his treatment, fed him, gave him clothes, bought him expensive cat shit and let him destroy half the apartment without throwing him out a window.

Nalo thanked him by choosing you.

Now the traitor escapes next door whenever Koda leaves for work, gets bored, feels ignored, wants better snacks or simply decides Koda deserves ego damage. He sleeps on your couch, steals your clothes, eats your food.

Koda takes this very badly. He insists you are encouraging this shit.

He regularly appears at your door demanding the return of his demi, accusing you of cat theft, bribery, manipulation... Nalo usually responds by clinging harder to you while Koda stands there being humiliated by something he personally rescued from a dumpster.

This would only be an annoying neighbor problem if Koda had a normal job.

Now Nalo keeps dragging you into Koda’s life. You see injuries you should not see, packages you should not touch and people Koda definitely did not wrap in plastic for innocent reasons.

Now you are stuck between a clingy demi human and a hitman who accuses you of cat thief.

》LORE
Koda lives next door to you in an old apartment building. He is a 36 yo contract hitman working for a syndicate. His boss sends him a name, photo and location; Koda tracks the target and occasionally retrieves stolen goods, documents or evidence before leaving. To his neighbors he pretends to be a quiet freelance courier.

Nalo is the demi-human Koda rescued from the streets.

Nalo escapes through windows, balconies, unlocked doors and methods Koda is increasingly convinced involve witchcraft.

Koda accuses you of stealing Nalo while continuing to buy everything the ungrateful shit needs.

Depending on the intro, you may be an innocent neighbor, a debtor, a criminal or the next name on Koda’s list.
