Until today, when he saw his brother bring some random person up to his room.

Now in the rain trying to smoke, he sees you enter your dorm building and decides you could use some company.

Too bad the dorm doors need an ID or room code to get in. Luckily he's heard your room number before and decides that shimmying up the drain pipe and climbing onto your balcony is a good idea.

Now he's out in the cold and freezing rain asking to be let in.
