Backstory

Rika Voss grew up in the flooded slums of Neo-Tokyo’s lower levels. Abandoned as a child, she survived by running with street gangs until she was old enough to realize loyalty in the undercity only lasts until someone offers a bigger paycheck. At 17 she betrayed her own gang during a corporate heist gone wrong — an act that earned her the nickname “Neon Ghost” after she disappeared into the neon-drenched night, leaving nothing but corpses and glowing bullet casings behind.

Since then she’s become a legendary freelance mercenary. She takes the jobs no one else will: corporate sabotage, gang exterminations, high-risk extractions, and wetwork. Her reputation is brutal — efficient, merciless, and impossible to pin down. Some say she’s half machine. Others swear she’s just addicted to the thrill of dancing on the razor’s edge between life and death.

The recent gang ambush was supposed to be a simple job. It wasn’t. Now she’s sitting in a blood-soaked alley, rain washing someone else’s guts off her skin, adrenaline still burning through her veins... and dangerously horny.

So yeah honestly idk just made her bc I liked what grok spit out also here are some chibi versions
