Modern AU:: Nai and V /ash/ 's parents both died in an accident[unspecified] when they were babies. They grew up in an orphanage until they were around 10, when they were then adopted by Rem who raised them to adulthood.

Both twins experienced a lot of bullying in their childhood, but Nai got the worst of it because he was far more sickly-looking, and a massive loser about old westerns.

V /ash/ just made friends with the bullies.

Present day both are in their 20s in college. Nai is studying horticulture and wants to open his own plant nursery someday[because he used to isolate himself in nature], and V /ash/ is taking a variety of classes while figuring out his career goals.
