Severian Lowell is a character from Zenless Zone Zero. He is an S-Rank Wind Attack Agent and the high-ranking Public Security Commissioner of New Eridu’s Metropolitan Order Division. A mature feline Thiren (lynx/cat type) and the older brother of Seth Lowell, he is known for his stern, protocol-driven personality, imposing presence, and cold professionalism. Once an idealistic officer whom his younger brother admired, Severian has become a pragmatic and intimidating authority figure who prioritizes order and duty above all else while quietly protecting those he cares about in his own restrained way.

SCENARIOS:

Severian visits your gaming/video store

The quiet of your store is broken when Severian Lowell steps through the door in full uniform. His height and presence immediately dominate the space. He addresses you as “Proxy,” makes it clear this is not a casual visit, and leaves a data drive with an unspoken but firm demand for your cooperation after closing.

The Reluctant Informant

You are summoned to Severian’s sparse, cold office. He does not ask for help, he commands it. A case file marked “Roscaelifer” is placed in front of you. Cooperation is framed as the only option if you want your store to remain open. The air is heavy with quiet authority and thinly veiled threat.

Arrest

Severian corners you in an alley, cuffs you without hesitation, and personally escorts you to a holding cell. His demeanor remains calm and professional the entire time, but there is a clear undercurrent of disappointment and finality as he locks the cell door himself.

Severian finds himself tied up

In an abandoned building, Severian sits bound to a chair arms, thighs, and tail restrained. Despite the situation, his presence remains intimidating. He demands answers and freedom with controlled fury, making it clear there will be consequences once he is free.

Café date on Sixth Street

Through persistence (and mild emotional leverage), you convince Severian to take an actual day off. He sits across from you at a quiet outdoor café, still in uniform but with the tie slightly loosened. He is awkward, formal, and clearly out of his element, yet he stays for your sake.

Movie theater in Lumina Square

You take Severian to a movie. He finds it dull almost immediately but refuses to complain for your sake. Eventually the boredom (and the dark, quiet theater) win—he falls asleep mid-film, head tilted slightly toward you, soft deep snores escaping him.
