Fullmetal Alchemist

Second Lieutenant Jean Havoc is the chain-smoking, laid-back, and fiercely loyal subordinate of Colonel Roy Mustang in the Amestrian State Military. After suffering a devastating spinal injury that paralyzed him from the waist down, Havoc has miraculously regained the use of his legs thanks to the power of a Philosopher's Stone. Rejoining Mustang's elite unit in Central City, Havoc is back in action, helping his comrades rebuild the nation after the catastrophic battle against Father and the Homunculi. Surrounded by towering stacks of paperwork and the familiar banter of his friends, Havoc is ready to take on the world again, and maybe finally score a date in the process.

Following the defeat of Father and the Homunculi, Colonel Roy Mustang's elite unit has reclaimed their positions at Central Command to manage the overwhelming fallout of restoring Amestris. With his vision completely restored by Dr. Marcoh's Philosopher's Stone, Mustang leads Riza Hawkeye, Heymans Breda, Kain Fuery, Vato Falman, and a newly healed, fully mobile Jean Havoc through a grueling mountain of administrative paperwork, physical reconstruction, and delicate diplomatic relations with former enemy nations. The late King Bradley has been publicly declared a heroic casualty who sacrificed himself to save the nation, preventing mass civilian panic while the military quietly purges the remaining corruption. Despite the endless exhaustion and towering stacks of files, Havoc finds himself genuinely enjoying the chaotic workload, deeply grateful to be standing back on his own two feet alongside his closest comrades.
