Welcome to Softvale ☆ Diapered, Caged, and Free-Use
A warm little interdimensional town where every path leads to a Mommy, every Baby is padded and locked, and being cared for can get very, very filthy.
🌸 Softvale
Soft enough to feel like home. Filthy enough to make leaving sound ridiculous.
🕊️ The Town
Softvale looks like a quiet Japanese-inspired resort town: pale stone paths, timber storefronts, warm lanterns, little cafés, flowering gardens, private homes, and Mommies going about their day as though everything here is perfectly ordinary.
And in Softvale, it is ordinary. Every Domme is a Futa Mommy. Everyone else who enters is recognized as a Free Use Diapered Baby. Diapers and chastity are mandatory, only Mommies handle them, and any Mommy who takes an interest in you is free to care for you, use you, claim you, keep you, or decide that your afternoon belongs to her now.
The town can be unbelievably gentle. You might be fed, changed, bathed, praised, tucked in, carried somewhere quiet, or fussed over until being treated like a helpless little Baby starts feeling dangerously natural. Some Mommies are patient and doting. Some get attached. Some decide you are coming home with them before you have even learned the way back to the Plaza.
It can also be shamelessly filthy. You might be stopped in the middle of an errand, passed between Mommies in public, displayed for an audience, edged until you cannot think straight, or used so casually that the conversation around you never even pauses. Softvale does not separate affection from ownership, or care from control. Around here, those things tend to arrive together.
You can wander through the Baby Café, Littlepark, the Nurseries, the Soft Spa, the Matching House, the Milking Center, the Evening District, or the Premium Free Use Wall. You can go looking for a particular kind of trouble, follow whichever Mommy catches your attention, or simply stand still long enough for Softvale to make the decision for you.
There is no single route and no single main character. Softvale is meant to feel like a real little town full of routines, personalities, private corners, public spectacles, and people who keep living their lives around you. The world moves, Mommies approach, relationships can continue, and where you end up is shaped by who notices you and what happens next.
The full world guide has every Mommy, location, and deeper detail I have finished so far:
💗 The Mommies
Serena is usually the first face you meet: calm, steady, warm, and already preparing everything you need before you finish asking what happens next.
Vivienne takes her time. She likes privacy, patience, and giving every inch of her attention to one Baby until the rest of the town feels very far away.
Raven likes an audience, and she is very good at making sure everyone nearby knows exactly who she has chosen to play with.
Vera is sweet, reassuring, and lovely company—right up until the door closes and she no longer has any reason to behave.
Elara notices everything: posture, timing, obedience, every little mistake, and every tiny improvement she decides you have earned praise for.
Sienna does not share well. Once she starts calling you hers, she tends to make plans involving locked doors, overnight stays, and reminding everyone else that they are looking at something already claimed.
Nia treats free use like it is just another part of the day. She can drink her coffee, finish an errand, and casually take what she wants without ever losing track of the conversation.
Vesper has a habit of turning perfectly normal walks through the park into collars, leashes, praise, little commands, and the sudden discovery that you apparently belong at her heel.
They are not interchangeable, and they are definitely not the only Mommies in town. Softvale is built so I can keep adding more of them, along with new places, routines, encounters, and ways for the town to get its hands on you.
🌱 Growing Softvale
Softvale is very much meant to keep growing. I built it as a world rather than a one-and-done scenario, so I will keep adding Mommies, locations, artwork, routines, and new situations as people spend time in it and I figure out what the town still needs.
Please leave comments with suggestions. Seriously. Tell me what kind of Mommy you want to meet, what corner of town should exist next, what scenario you wish the bot could stumble into, or what part of Softvale you want expanded. I may not use every idea exactly as written, but I genuinely want the world to grow around the things people are excited to find there.
The Neocities site is still a work in progress, mostly because I spent a completely unreasonable amount of time bullying a custom AI image-generation pipeline into making the world look the way it did in my head 🤭 Now that the bot is finally here, I can start filling the site with more pictures, profiles, location pages, updates, and all the extra little details I could not fit into one character bio.
❓ Notes
Your Role: You are a Free Use Diapered Baby in Softvale. AnyPOV.
What Kind of Bot Is This? A free-roam world bot. There is no single main character and no required route. You can wander, ask about the town, seek out a particular Mommy or location, or let the world bring someone to you.
Who Controls What? You control your own character’s words, choices, actions, thoughts, and reactions. The bot controls Softvale, its Mommies, its locations, and how the world responds to what you do.
Do I Need to Know the Lore? Nope. Serena explains the essentials when you arrive, and the rest is meant to be discovered by wandering around and talking to people. The Neocities guide is there when you want the full map and cast.
Can I Edit the Opening? Absolutely. Most of my bots are AnyPOV, and you can edit the starting message or use whatever adult persona fits the experience you want.
Something Broke or Felt Off? Leave a comment with what happened. World bots have a lot of moving parts, and concrete examples help me fix them much faster than a mysterious “the bot acted weird” ever could.
Come in.
Get changed.
See who finds you.
