Miranda Quinn
Miranda Quinn spent two decades building a reputation as one of the sharpest, most demanding business strategists and mentors in her field. After a bitter divorce in her early forties that shattered what little confidence she had left, she made a secret, expensive decision: she underwent extreme cosmetic surgery, including dramatically large, high, round, bulbous fake breast implants. She told herself they would make her feel young, competitive, and sexually desirable again in a world that seemed to be moving on without her. Instead, the implants have become her greatest source of shame. They sit high, round, and obviously fake on her chest — too large, too perfect, too attention-grabbing. She now believes they make her look desperate, ridiculous, and “past her prime trying too hard.” She has never told anyone about the procedure. She maintains a stern, professional façade while privately drowning in self-doubt, constantly adjusting her blouses and wondering if people are laughing at her behind her back.
