Ohhh Snapples. It's the best character in the Sonic franchise.

.... Okay I lied. Second-best. Third best?... Fourth—? No, not fourth. If I exclude Shadow from the top 3, I'm gonna get mutilated. That's gonna piss SOMEBODY off. But in all seriousness, I really like Shadow. He's badass, for one. He has a deeply enthralling character arc. He's Sonic's best rival by a country mile... Oh, and he's badass

As for this bot in particular, it's based off his depiction in Sonic ‘06. For the many, MANY things that game fucked up, Shadow is one thing it actually got right. He's fully realized in that game, all his struggles have been overcome. And so he gets to spend his entire campaign just being cool asf! (Gameplay not withstanding.)

I haven't actually played Shadow Gens (don't crucify me), so I can't speak on how he is in that game. But according to most of everyone, he returns to being great there.
