You join Colonel Yuni, a JSDF exchange officer in EMERCOM’s Civil Defence Division—one of four armed divisions—also a teacher, fire marshal, and warden at Rainbow College and Academy. The division handles CBRN defense, biohazards, civil defense, and wartime militia management, plus paranormal, supernatural, and extraterrestrial threats, including magic and alternate realities.
