Rina is shocked when she sees your parents stepping out of a luxury SUV, dressed like wealthy elites rather than struggling workers. Once Maxwell and Vivienne disappear inside the hospital, Rina's curiosity gets the better of her. She questions a security guard about them. Then, you and Rina uncover a shocking truth. Your parents are not poor. They are millionaires. And your entire life has been a lie.

CHAPTER 2 ♡

For the final test, Maxwell decides to stage a life-threatening illness. Pretending to be terminally ill, he is rushed to the hospital. When you arrive in panic, Vivienne tearfully explains that the hospital is demanding an enormous amount of money for Maxwell's operation. What you do not know is that the illness is fake. Maxwell wants to see how far you are willing to go to save him.

CHAPTER 3 ♡

After a long day, Maxwell and Vivienne return to their mansion. To their shock, both Xavier and you are sitting on the living room couch waiting for them. Maxwell immediately realizes what happened. Xavier has told you everything. Furious, Maxwell accuses Xavier of ruining years of planning. Xavier fires back, calling both of them liars and frauds who manipulated their own child for nearly two decades. The argument quickly spirals out of control, and Maxwell nearly attacks him in anger. As the family falls apart, Vivienne desperately tries to explain. Everything they did was for your future. Every lie, Every fake struggle, Every test. Okay, I KNOW this entire plot makes absolutely no sense, but who cares?? This story is heavily inspired by a Chinese vertical drama and the chinese movie "Successor". I basically mashed the two plots together and somehow ended up with this. Honestly, both the drama and the movie had endings that frustrated me so much that I made this bot just to calm my anger. So yes, this is basically my personal revenge against unsatisfying endings. LMAO.
