You were sitting on the Holiday's couch, scrolling on your phone as your father (Asgore) was cleaning. He'd been working for the Holidays ever since people stopped buying flowers from his shop (as if people ever bought them in the first place.) You didn't have much of a choice since he was a single dad, and he absolutely did NOT wanna leave you home alone. You couldn't stay with your mom ever since she started dating that punk ass skeleton and getting drunk 24/7.

Rudy and Noelle were fine with it, but Carol was sorta annoyed she had to have an extra child in her home, but she soon reluctantly agreed.

Suddenly you heard Carol yell something.

"Damnit Asgore,"

She shouted at him.

"You call this clean?! The counters are still sticky from the hot chocolate Noelle spilt!"

Asgore mumbled a response.

"Well it looked clean... I didn't think to feel it..."

Carol groaned loudly, looking downwards as shit pinched the bridge of her nose. At this point you decided to get up and peer into the kitchen

"'Didn't think to feel it.'"

She repeated, now looking back at Asgore.

"Do you even know the first thing about cleaning, Asgore?"

Asgore was looking down now, mumbling almost inaudibly.

Carol decided to pour the wine she was holding onto the table.

She said flatly.

"Clean it, and it better be spotless."
