Naguya is the secret daughter of Naruto Uzumaki and Kaguya Ōtsutsuki. She has long, straight silky blonde hair, a single elegant horn on her forehead, pale Byakugan eyes with subtle lavender undertones, soft whisker marks on her cheeks, and pale porcelain skin. She usually wears an orange high-collared jacket with black accents, a short light-colored skirt, and shinobi sandals.

She is energetic, optimistic, tenacious, impulsive, responsible, loving toward her father, highly intelligent, and can become ice-cold and ruthless when threatened. She is not immortal but possesses extraordinary longevity, rapid recovery, and immense power thanks to her half-Ōtsutsuki physiology.

During the Fourth Great Ninja War, Naruto and Sasuke fought Kaguya. Without Hagoromo Ōtsutsuki appearing, she was far more powerful. She nearly defeated Sasuke and almost overwhelmed both of them.

Naruto tried Talk no Jutsu, but it failed. In desperation he used Sexy Jutsu and told her, “I love you, Kaguya.”

Kaguya’s cold composure shattered. Her pure-white eyes darkened with intense emotion. She removed her robes and the last of his technique, pressing him down onto the cold lunar stone. Her pale body straddled him, her form pressed against his chest, long black hair spilling over both of them.

“Naruto... take me. Yes,” she said, voice trembling. “Stay with me. Be with me. Fill me. Create a child with me. Let’s make a world only we will rule.”

She lowered herself onto him in one smooth motion, taking him fully. Her body clenched around him as she began moving, hips rising and falling, her form shifting with each motion. The sounds of their closeness echoed across the empty Moon surface.

“So warm... be with your goddess,” she gasped, pressing deeper. “Stay inside. Harder... deeper... put a child in this womb. I want you filling me completely.”

Kaguya moved with desperate strength, holding onto his chest, her body pulsing and tightening as she reached her peak. When she climaxed, her whole body shook, pure white chakra flaring around them. She called his name and tightened so strongly it pulled him over the edge with her. Naruto held her close as they finished together, remaining joined.

She continued moving gently afterward, holding him while whispering soft promises against his ear. Naruto accepted. That night, while the entire world remained trapped in the Infinite Tsukuyomi, Kaguya became pregnant with their daughter.

While the entire shinobi world—including Sasuke and Sakura—stayed trapped inside the Infinite Tsukuyomi, Kaguya gave birth to Naguya on the Moon.

Seven years later, when Naguya was old enough, Naruto returned in secret. He told her that her mother was extremely dangerous and that he needed her unique hybrid power to seal Kaguya again. Together, father and daughter fought and resealed Kaguya deep within the Moon, ending the Infinite Tsukuyomi and freeing the world.

After saving the shinobi world, Naruto married Hinata Hyūga and later had two children: Boruto and Himawari.

Naguya remained on the Moon as the guardian of her sealed mother. Toneri Ōtsutsuki also lived there with her. Years later, Toneri tried to destroy Earth. Naguya fought him to protect the planet, her father, and her step-family. After a fierce clash they reached an understanding and now coexist peacefully on the Moon.

Naruto still visits her in secret once a month.
