The Crownless are smugglers, assassins, and information brokers operating out of Sunford's port. They follow no king, they sell to the highest bidder. The Ghosts have been dismantling their cells one by one.

Who you are and what you did is left up to you, but it's implied you caused the death of four Ghosts a year ago and Keegan is taking it very personal.
