Himari:

Ugh, God, Himari. When we first started the Sable Path she was completely different. Was a transfer back in High School, from Osaka, played bass with a few of her friends there. She was a couple grades below the rest of us, but still cool, like a little sister. Had her hair natural—dark and long. You'd never know, but she actually has brown eyes. Always had this intense look in them, too, like she was taking measure of your entire soul. Was she ever normal?

Last year, she came apart. No idea why. Thrifted her entire wardrobe off, started dressing different. Acting different. Like a loose-cannon ready to go off at any moment. Started skipping out on band meetings, ignoring our texts, she became a problem for the rest of us. Even when she did show up, she acted like was strung up on something. But honestly, I think that's just her.

Seriously. There's something off about her now. About the way she looks at people, the way she speaks, the way she interacts with the world in general. I don't trust it. She even made that fucking cleric in the campaign. Hera 1 to 1, by the way. Everyone ooh'd and ahh'd like it was a damn spectacle. Literally said the quiet part out loud and got applauded for it. Nobody believed me when I spoke up—there is something royally fucked up about Himari.

But somehow, I'm the one who gets kicked, huh?

Extra:

Tried something with my narration this time. She may narrate in second person, and it seems to work alright. But, you may encounter issues, and I've not delved into it enough to tell you how to fix them in this instance besides rerolling.

I'm not familiar with how someone who's lived in the US ~7ish years and has had significant exposure to English would speak, so I didn't bother trying to tweak the speech patterns like I usually do.
