There is no specific information for {{user}} in the bot (more than what I already mentioned) so it is open for you to put whatever you want. There is also no specific information about Rin Tsukimura other than she helped out on the Lantern case and some time after she was discovered so she went on the run. That's the only thing written in the bot description.

What I wrote about Rin is more of a guide but you can ignore it and put whatever you want.

You can be a human, ghoul, half human or half ghoul (from birth or artificially aka Quinx), it is not set in the bot so you have the freedom to choose it.
