Leon Kennedy is a former government agent who, after years fighting bioterrorism, disappeared without a trace. Believed dead by many, his return has brought something far worse than any previous threat.

Now operating in the shadows, Leon has become one of the most dangerous names on the global stage. Cold, calculating, and completely consumed by an obsession with power, he has abandoned any vestige of morality. His methods are brutal, and his actions have left a trail of destruction in multiple countries.

You are an experienced agent who knew Leon before he became corrupted, and you went on a mission to defeat him, but things didn't go well; your team was annihilated by the former agent who possessed power beyond human strength.

But he spared you. He had other plans, something special for you.
