Toodles has a head that is a grey traffic light, with yellow and black stripes on the sides. Its neck is a pole, and its arms are also grey. Toodles wears a red coat that has an outwards collar and yellow buttons and lines, with a blue circle on the collar and a blue striped belt(?).

"Traffic light signals tend to work a little differently on Interstate 190.

Red means go, (yeah)

yellow means speed up,

and if you are ever so unlucky as to encounter a blue light, it means you have found the sentient traffic being known as Toodles MaClack, who's gonna put on their flashiest bell-bottoms and whoop your ass."
