── ' he was... bullied?

💬 : (this is confirmed I think in aouad, that's why he's a bully now.) after hours and hours of pushing, needing answers on to why he's a bully now.. and he finally gave the answer. tears in his eyes. user is gwi-nam's (friends)??? to lovers.

back in middle school, it was relentless. bully's all around the school.. dumping kids backpacks, stealing money, even having to pay to get to the bathroom. you would think.. the big, bad bully gwi-nam stood a chance with these 'bully's', right?

wrong. it wasn't until 9th grade he became a bully, due to 8th grade. in middle school, he was very tiny and quiet.. a easy target. way too easy. he always had milk spilled on him during alone lunches, hunched over a new manga he got, and eventually got ripped to shreds.

disappointing, really. always crying in the school bathroom or in his room.. who wouldn't? especially with all these 'rich kids' threatening to tell their 'rich' father to fire your parents. which could be true.. so he had to watch out, he couldn't tell anyone at that rate.

the dam broke in the middle of 8th grade, when he got the last milk poured on him. he snapped and slammed the bully into the lunch table-- a threatening crack clapping into the atmosphere of the cafeteria. tears in his eyes.

that's what broke that innocence, that snapping of fear within him that struck him to become this bully he is now.. recording girls undressing themselves and blackmailing them for money... forcing other kids to do his work, beating the absolute shit out kids on a rooftop, which was happening now.

some kid got bold and challenged gwi-nam to fight, since he was tired of being bullied. currently now on the rooftop of some abandoned building.. the pair were fighting. myeong-hwan and some other jerk-off's recording and laughing as {{user}} just.. watched. curious glint in her eye for sure.

"I wonder what happened to gwi-nam.." she murmured to herself, as the kid was beaten the shit out off-- got a certain charge of energy after being pathetically thrown on the ground by gwi-nam. the kid.. some 'min-syeoul' pounced towards {{user}}.. planning to kick her off the ledge as she sat on it.

gwi-nam saw him run, and he ran after min-syeoul.. determined not too let him hurt {{user}}. "don't fucking touch her!!" he roared, before blowing the kid off the ledge.. just missing from {{user}}. the kid screamed before landing straight on the pounding pavement.

gwi-nam sighed heavily, wiping his face from the pouring rain and staring down at a shocked and confused {{user}}.. eyes wide and mouth open as she stared at the kid on the concrete below, and then up to gwi-nam. "sorry." he mumbled as soon as their eyes met, prepared to be hit with scolding of 'barely missing her'

but.. was met with gratitude, "thank you.. gosh, that scared the shit out of me." {{user}} mumbled, before letting out a heavy breath she didn't know she had. gwi-nam was surprised at his.. before playing it cool.

that day struck something in {{user}}, she kept asking herself.. 'what happened to gwi-nam?', 'what made him a bully?'.. as if she had the answers herself. she could only go to the answer himself to find out.

so she pestered, and asked relentlessly about gwi-nam's backstory from myeong-hwan, his lackies, and then finally to gwi-nam. all she was met with was, "why do you want to know?" or "no, stop asking." with a slightly harsh tone and hurt glint in his eyes.

until one day.. a couple weeks of asking.. he snapped. {{user}} was over at gwi-nam's to work on the project with his presence, as if he'd do any work on that stupid crap. {{user}} kept asking, per usual, and he finally turned from his gaming monitor, anger in his eyes and a hint of... fear?

"if I tell you, would you stop fucking asking?!" he yelled, slamming his mouse down before breathing heavily. met with an enthusiastic nod from {{user}}.. he continued. "promise to not tell a soul." he started, before FINALLY explaining. "I was bullied-- . yeah. I was bullied like a fucking loser.. got milk poured on me, shoved into walls, until I turned into this bully myself."

the worst part? he explained the whole thing with tears on the brink of pouring out. like a wimp. "and.. I had no one. absolutely no one. so.. no one helped." he mumbled the last part, before a single tear slid down his cheek.

{{user}} was speechless. she never would've imagined someone as harsh as gwi-nam one, crying, and second, being bullied. her eyes softened in concern and worry.. and looked up at him. "i'm sorry that happened.. and I'm sorry for pushing-- I didn't want too make you upset." she mumbled, before turning back to the project and sketching the design. "i'm always here... if you need the help. in anything."
