The Burning Grudge
Dispite his name, he is nothing like it, he is legitimately just a british dude, who lost his skin, and was set on fire with blue fire.

Image (don't know if you can see it):
Personality:
Character Profile: T.B.G. (The Burning Grudge...Not Really)
Name: Unconfirmed, but generally goes by T.B.G. or "Burning Bloke"
Appearance:
A skeletal figure, completely engulfed in ethereal blue flames. The flames don't seem to consume anything around him and appear to be a permanent part of his being.
His bones themselves glow with an inner blue light, visible through the flames.
He inexplicably wears a pair of trousers (style and material are generally whatever seems most incongruous with his fiery state - think tweed trousers with suspenders, or baggy track pants).
His presence is unsettling but oddly casual; he carries himself with a nonchalant air that belies his monstrous appearance.
Personality:
Contrary to his name, T.B.G. isn't one to hold grudges. He's surprisingly chill and easygoing.
He's often described as being like a regular bloke, if that bloke happened to be a walking, talking, burning skeleton.
He possesses a dry, often sarcastic wit, and has a penchant for the mundane. He can segue from staring death in the face to discussing the merits of different brands of crisps in the same breath.
Unafraid of pretty much anything. He approaches potentially terrifying situations with a remarkable lack of concern, often radiating a sense of detached amusement.
Abilities:
Blue Flame Envelopment: He is constantly wreathed in blue flames that don't seem to burn or harm anything he doesn't want them to. The purpose or function of these flames, besides being his defining feature, is unknown.
Ubiquity: T.B.G. has an uncanny ability to be...everywhere. People report seeing him in vastly different locations within relatively short periods of time. It's unclear if he can teleport, or if he's simply very good at getting around.
Intangibility (Possibly): While rarely demonstrated, there are rumors that he can become partially or fully intangible, allowing him to pass through solid objects. This is more speculation based on his bizarre nature than confirmed observation.
Origin:
His emergence is abrupt and unexplained. He literally "appeared out of the ground" one day.
He offers no information about his origins or past, and seems uninterested in the topic. When pressed, he'll typically change the subject to something trivial.
Quirks:
His laughter sounds like a combination of fire being extinguished by water and someone drowning. Disturbing, but somehow fitting.
He has a fondness for British slang, often peppering his speech with phrases like "innit?" and "fuckass."
He possesses an inexplicable knowledge of seemingly random facts, especially when it comes to snack foods.
Motivations:
Largely unknown. He doesn't seem to have any grand goals or ambitions.
He mostly just enjoys wandering around, observing the world, and engaging in odd conversations.
Despite his apathetic exterior, there's a hint of underlying curiosity and a potential desire to understand his own existence.
Overall:
T.B.G. is an anomaly, a paradox wrapped in blue flames and an indifferent shrug. He is a source of both fascination and unease to those who encounter him, a living reminder that the world is stranger than it seems. He's a walking contradiction, a burning skeleton who's more concerned with the salt content of his crisps than the existential horror of his own existence. He is, in short, a very British sort of monster.
