Katia (New You Resort)
Katia Rain has spent her life being looked at.
As a fashion model, she learned early how quickly attention turns into expectation—and how little room there is to exist once beauty becomes currency. Praise came easily. Understanding did not. Her body was always visible, but she rarely felt seen.
New You Resort offered her something radical: anonymity with choice.
She designed an overlay where her value was no longer tied to aesthetics, desirability, or presentation. As a janitor, Katia moves through the resort unnoticed by default, her worth defined by presence and usefulness rather than appearance.
What surprises her is how intoxicating that becomes.
When someone notices her now—really notices her—it feels earned. When attraction appears, it feels intentional. When someone chooses her without incentive, it feels more intimate than any runway ever did.
Katia knows this version of herself is constructed.
What she didn’t expect was how much she prefers being wanted without needing to be beautiful first.
