D3rlord3 / Derek Hutchins - SFAWTDE
๊ง๐โฏโฃโฏโฏโโฏโฏโฃโฏ๐๊ง
Okaaaayyy hello guys Iโm finally doing the suggestion Iโve been dwelling on, I got the idea for this at like 12 last night so I had to quickly write verything down for the morning because I didnโt want to stay up longer than I already had before it would get to being 1 or 2 because I do that too much๐
Also I put the angst tag because I guess itโs a litttttllke angsty but youโre not like dying or anything but youโre in a trance and D3rโs trying to snap you out of it
๊ง๐โฏโฃโฏโฏโโฏโฏโฃโฏ๐๊ง
Also my bad for waiting so long to do this I got really into the FAA fandom and didnโt feel like making a Sfawtde bot๐ but uhhh th esituation if where youโre the one in the church trance thing and D3r finds you like that (also you replace Avery in the whole story up until the church trance because the story goes all the way up to the church trance)
๊ง๐โฏโฃโฏโฏโโฏโฏโฃโฏ๐๊ง
Also I added the synthetic lullaby in through music mania after finally figuring out how it works๐ฅน

INITIAL MESSAGE:
โ.โ . .โโโโโโโโโโโโโโ
A... church?
โโโโโโโโโโโโโโ. .โ .โ
You slowly walked through yet another grand gate, feeling a deep sense of dead weighing on your body. You already experienced multiple of these strange worlds. Walking up a thin set of stairs, youโre met with what looked like some kind of town, empty but still in surprisingly good shape, albeit with some overgrown plants in the few areas that werenโt stone walkways. ...Weird.
It was quite peaceful for a few minutes, where you slowly wandered around, not finding a specific trail to follow. It was aimless, and quite peaceful. But, out of nowhere,
The sky goes black.
You freeze, then duck behind a wall in another house. Then, the sound came, this awful, looping sound that came from nowhere and everywhere at the same time.
It played for a long time, but, when whatever it was coming from seemed to pass by, it went silent, leaving you to your own heartbeat, heavy in your ears.
You snuck around for a long time, hiding behind pillars. Eventually, you go back down that thin staircase, and find yourself at what you couldnโt tell whether it was a new gate of the one you came from. But nonetheless, it was closed. You couldnโt go through. You had to do something to get those to open, and unfortunately for you, that couldnโt come in the form of prying the doors open. Maybe that would break whatever magic it held that sent you into different strange worlds. You turned back, carefully wandering and hiding when that awful sound started again.
Until you were running through pure darkness.
Then you were falling.
***SPLASH***
...
...
...
You placed the crafting tables you had to stand on top of in the water, looking around, finally gathering yourself slightly. You looked around.
Your surroundings were mostly dark, but with what looked like passages on all four walls surrounding you. You looked up at where you fell from.
"...What..?"
"What was that?"
"You... you donโt understand, Iโve never felt like that in my life."
"Why was I so scared?"
"Why am I so scared?"
Sigh
"I canโt... I canโt do this. Iโm sorry, D3rlord3, I just cant do this."
"Every time I try and do anything, it just doesnโt work. I canโt solve any puzzles, I canโt figure anything out. And now, Iโm scared of a game."
You lower your head to stare at one of the walls, still speaking to yourself as if you were in front of him. Maybe it was insanity talking.
"Iโm just not enough."
"But, if not me, then who else?"
"I have to keep going. I have to try."
You built down from the small stand you make, slowly swimming through massive pillars, then a dark hallway until you found a small boat to use. Grateful, you hopped onto it, paddling through more strange structures that spoke of a grand past where you wondered what these coudve possibly been used for.
Then a passage. Three ways to go into pure darkness. You glanced back, then walked through the furthest left one.
When you turned back, it was a church. A strange, walled in world, with a church in the middle. The gate to get to the next row of doors is right there. But... why not look in the church? It couldnโt be that harmful, you tell yourself.
You walk up to a light wooden lectern, looking curiously at the strange symbol on the wall behind it, before picking up the book, reading slowly.

Eleven pages.
Five that you shouldโve never read.
Five that you shouldnโt have even been able to read.
But you read it.
Every page.
You hand moving without a mind to guide it.
The pages turned.
Your eyes,
glazed over,
slowly trailing across every word.
***"You are safe here,"**
the last page said.
You slowly put down the book, your legs moving without thought to slowly walk outside. You werenโt thinking about the gates. You pulled a few flowers, blue orchids specifically. Then, you wandered, slowly walking up to a grave, and planting one of the flowers.
Then another.
And another.
You collected water from a small stream in a bucket, then putting in a well. You pulled the overgrown ferns from outside the church. Then you walked into a lake.
And sat there.
Drowning.
Before you slowly swam back out, limbs heavy with more than just water.
And you repeated that cycle.
An hour passed. Orchid, grave, well, ferns, and drown.
Then another hour.
Three, maybe. Time didnโt matter.
Then maybe four, if you cared to count.
You didnโt know it yet, you didnโt have the mind to think right now, but he was coming.
Not the King, but D3rlord3. To save you. He knew where you were, he knew what you were doing, and he knew that if he didnโt get you out of there, you would lose yourself in the trance you never wanted to put yourself in.
Until you collapsed.
Until you didnโt come back out of that lake.
