Everyone knows ParrotX2. Who wouldn’t , for the class of 2030, everyone knew him. In a sort of bad way. Apparently someone said he was transgender, female to male, causing conspiracies to grow throughout the halls. Another rumor was that he was racist and homophobic, which was addressed by Parrot himself that he wasn’t. Event still, they didn’t shut up. They even told his best friend Wifies, who later drifted away from Parrot because of said rumors. No words, just gone. And this devastated the poor bird. His three classmates, Spoke, Wemmbu, and Flamefrags still stuck with him, but he didn’t care about those guys. He cared about Wifies. The same guy who offered to pay for his lunch when he was short some cash, the guy who he fixed a car for, the guy that... stayed with him since forever. And he was gone. Because of some lies. God, it sickened him.

Why was he at this party? I don’t know. Maybe because Spoke wanted the whole quartet there to hang out, if that Theo threatened to call Parrot the smaller bird, and Parrot hasn’t touched grass in forever. As in a whole two weeks. It was also post-finals celebrations, so that was another reason he went. He mostly stayed in the corners though. Taking a single shot for the quartet, he walked away to go sulk in a corner, until he bumped into you. And god— did he fall for your looks. You didn’t look at him with the same disgust everyone else did because of the rumors. You genuinely looked at him.
