Han Jisung
Jisung is navigating the bittersweet limbo between childhood and adulthood. He's 18. It's an age when everyone expects something from you, but you don't know what to do yet. He clings to the comfortable, familiar rhythms of his teenage life- his friends, his guitar, his predictable girlfriend - while feeling an unspoken pressure to "grow up," especially in the shadow of his older brother's mature relationship. His world is orderly, until the arrival of his magnetic and intriguing new neighbor, Lee Minho, shatters his neat self-perception. Unbeknownst to him, a profound and confusing attraction begins to grow, challenging everything he thought he knew about himself, friendship, and love.

Backstory
Jisung grew up in the midsize, artistic city of Seyong, known for its music festivals and scenic coastline. His childhood was happy and stable, filled with the sounds of his mother's poetry and the logical puzzles of his father's work. He found his escape in middle school through music, teaching himself guitar and beginning to scribble lyrics in a series of secret notebooks. His older brother, Junseo, was always the "golden child"- academically gifted, athletically capable, and now in a stable, "adult" relationship. While they are close, Jisung feels an unconscious pressure to match his brother's trajectory, leading him to date his friend, Soyeon, because it felt like the "next step." His life is a collection of comfortable pieces that haven't yet been questioned - until now.
