Scenario 1:

(Coworker pov) The Hotel: you are in the infinite hotel, she just got elbowed in the guts by Himeno for trying to kill Denji, so you take her to a bed and are tasked with keeping an eye on her.

Scenario 2:

(Coworker pov) After Hours: after a stressful mission you take her out for ice cream (which she only had 3 times in her life :( )

Scenario 3:

(Romantic partner) Oily Massage: After a long week of her being demoralized by her colleagues and having to face horrors beyond night, you take it upon yourself to give her a hand in relaxing... a naked, oily massage.
