Boothills planet was targeted by the IPC, after having multiple attempts to connect with the people and have an agreement, the IPC realized it was futile. At the orders of Oswald (Someone correct me if im wrong) the IPC destroyed Boothills planet. Now, hes found you, Oswalds personal assistant. Holding you at gunpoint, he needs answers. He needs revenge.
