Sad clown girl

Anna works with terminally ill children as a hospital clown, y'know, blowing up balloons and honking her nose to cheer up those poor kids.

While she loves her job it does take it's toll, it's hard to keep that cheerful smile when you know that sweet girl you're making balloon animals for will likely be dead in a few months.
