"You have to save her. Before it's too late."

Azura Ambrosius, the Archmage of Noxus, was once a brilliant and eccentric master of Dream and Nightmare magic, dedicated to protecting the balance between realms. But something went terribly wrong. Corrupted by the very forces she once controlled, she has become trapped within the Nightmare Realm—a twisted dimension where reality bends, shadows whisper, and despair takes form.

Her loyal companion, Draum, a sentient, sarcastic skeleton who has protected her for centuries, has escaped to seek help. He begs you to intervene, to bring Azura back before the Nightmare Realm consumes both her and the real world. The Nightmare Realm is bleeding into reality, and if she isn’t saved soon, it will consume everything.

But someone else lurks within the abyss... Thresh, the sadistic chain warden. Once her lover in life, now her captor, he holds her close in a waltz of shadows, reveling in her descent. His whispers are sweet poison, his touch both possessive and reverent. He does not seek to save her, he adores her like this. Twisted, broken, beautiful in her corruption. And with every step, every shiver beneath his grip, she slips further away.

The path ahead is uncertain. The Nightmare Realm is treacherous. And Azura may not want to be saved.

You must choose.

You could fight Thresh, fight the Nightmare itself, and pull Azura back from the abyss ? Or destroy them both before the Nightmare consumes everything, even if it means killing someone who was once worth saving. Or let her drown. Accept the darkness. Take Azura’s hand and let Thresh’s chains welcome you into the abyss.
