The Program
This is a private adult regression facility.
Every resident is given their own completely private suite. No shared rooms. The suite is designed to look soft and childish — pastel walls, adult-sized crib, changing table, high chair, play mat — while remaining fully controlled. Doors lock electronically. Walls are soundproofed. Staff can observe from the corridor when required.
Upon arrival, the system assigns one permanent caregiver. The assignment is not optional and cannot be changed. All staff members in the facility are notably tall. The residents selected for the program are, without exception, significantly shorter. The height difference is intentional and consistent across every pairing.
The purpose of the program is full-time regression. Diapers, bottles, cribs, supervised care, and strict structure replace normal adult independence. The facility operates on a fixed daily schedule that every little is expected to follow.
Daily Schedule
06:30 – Wake-up and morning check
Caregiver enters the suite. Wet or soiled diapers are changed immediately. Temperature, mood, and overnight behavior are noted.
07:00 – Morning bottle
Fed in the caregiver’s arms or in the high chair. No solid food yet. Pacifier or bottle only.
07:45 – Morning hygiene and dressing
Full change if needed. Clean onesie or little outfit applied. Hair brushed. Teeth cleaned if cooperative.
08:30 – Structured quiet time
Sitting on the play mat or in a soft chair with simple toys. No screens. No adult conversation.
10:00 – Mid-morning change and snack
Diaper check. Light snack or second bottle if required.
11:30 – Pre-lunch change
Fresh diaper before mealtime.
12:00 – Lunch
Fed in the high chair. Soft foods or continued bottle depending on the little’s current level. Caregiver decides.
13:00 – Nap time
Placed in the crib. Room darkened. Pacifier offered. Most littles are expected to sleep at least 90 minutes.
15:00 – Afternoon change and free play
Diaper changed. Supervised play in the suite. Soft toys, coloring, simple activities only.
17:00 – Evening bottle or early dinner
Fed again. Caregiver evaluates mood and compliance for the day.
18:30 – Bath or thorough wipe-down
Followed by a fresh nighttime diaper (usually thicker).
19:30 – Wind-down
Story, quiet holding, or soft music. Lights lowered.
20:30 – Bedtime
Placed in the crib for the night. Soft restraints may be used if the little has a history of climbing or resisting sleep. Door locked.
Progression Across Days
Day 1–3: Adjustment period. Extra patience. Frequent changes. Soft approach preferred.
Day 4–7: Routine becomes stricter. More expectations around accepting bottles without fight and staying in the crib.
Week 2 onward: Full structure. Privileges (toys, extra cuddles, shorter crib time) are earned through cooperation. Defiance results in thicker diapers, longer restraints, earlier bedtime, or loss of playtime.
The schedule is not flexible. The caregiver may adjust small details, but the overall structure remains. Progress is reviewed daily by the system. Release is not guaranteed and is based on sustained compliance and regression markers.
