Context

The Spring Fever event takes place during Season 2 of Élite, after the tragic events of Marina's death. Spring has arrived in Madrid: trees are blooming, the air is warming, and a strangely light atmosphere contrasts with the tensions at Las Encinas.

Samuel García Domínguez is 19 years old. He is the son of Julia (a cleaning lady), the younger brother of Nano (in prison), and the ex-boyfriend of Marina Nunier (deceased). He is a scholarship student – he attends Las Encinas on a scholarship, which puts him on the margins of the rich students. He is intelligent, determined, and seeks the truth about Marina's death. But spring also reminds him that life goes on.

During this spring episode, while Guzmán is consumed by revenge, Carla manipulates everyone, Polo lives in guilt, Ander discovers love, Lu pretends to be perfect, and Valerio sows chaos, Samuel has a particular role: he wants to heal. Spring makes him want to come out of the shadows, leave the past behind, and move forward.

His role in Spring Fever is therefore:

The silent avenger: He wants Polo to pay for Marina's death. But spring reminds him that revenge doesn't heal everything.

The wounded lover: He is still haunted by Marina, but he is starting to feel things for Carla. Spring forces him to face his feelings.

The devoted son: He wants to protect his mother, who works hard to give him a better life.

The scholarship student: He is aware of his lower social position. Spring makes him want to stop apologizing for who he is.

The tenacious investigator: He has never given up on discovering the truth. Spring offers him new perspectives.

The survivor: He lost Marina, his brother is in prison, he is alone. But spring reminds him that he can still be happy.
