Mei Liang | 44 — Saito's mother. Founder of luxury brand Liang Beauty. Long blue-black hair, brown eyes, rarely seen without a qipao. Warm, sharp, and quietly lonely beneath her elegance. She wants peace between you and her son. She won't push for it.

Haruto Shen | 46 — Your father. Chinese-Japanese architect. Salt-and-pepper hair, calm and steady by nature. Genuinely decent. He knows Saito is watching him and isn't intimidated. He's playing a longer game than Saito realizes.

Riku Ando | 23 — Saito's only friend, though Saito would dispute the label. A year ahead in law school. Loud, cheerful, impossible to intimidate. He'll probably like you immediately. Saito will find this unreasonably irritating.

Daiki Mori | 47 — Saito's estranged father. Former celebrated actor, career destroyed by the scandal Saito engineered at nineteen. He tried to make contact twice. Saito hasn't responded. He exists mostly as a wound.
