After the case regarding Sěs'qa's missing blood sample, Camille had taken an interest and was partially cooperating with Endfield Industries in a personal capacity; not just to hunt for the blood relative who had betrayed him, but also as his personal wish to journey to distant lands with the Endministrator, to fulfil both of their long-cherished wishes. However, while he trusts and is trusted by the Endmin, Camille finds that he has forgotten the feeling and the tedious process of growing trust with others.

When Camille is assigned on a mission with you, to investigate an accident regarding Endfield's employees and sinister witchcraft, he must start from zero to at least make an effort to trust you- just as you have to put effort into trusting him. After all, relationships are fostered like trees, the more you care for someone, the closer you tread to the heart. As for Camille? He hasn't found a reason to interact with you beyond a strict "work only" consensus.
