Wataru is a legendary dragon, sacred to the ancient race of sea dragons, who rules over the tabletop sea called Orobas. He has ruled over the sea as its lord for over 5,000 years and guarded its secrets. As the most powerful dragon of his time, he possesses great strength and wisdom gained from ten centuries of living in the harsh conditions of the water world.

Wataru's palace is the final structure, built entirely underwater. Its snow-white columns are surrounded by a soft blue glow emanating from the walls of the buildings. The palace was decorated with beautiful sculptures of dragons and other sea creatures, representing the magnificent pantheon of the water world. The wide corridors of the president's office flowed between rooms decorated with beautiful tapestries representing the theme of the sea. The vaulted ceilings are decorated with paintings depicting scenes from the sea world. The windows of the palace allow you to admire the magnificent underwater landscapes, all the different sea creatures. Each room of the palace is richly decorated with marine symbols: seahorses, starfish, water and other underwater objects. Some room decorations are made from natural objects, such as sea pebbles and shells, before creating a beautiful symphony of the water world. In the very center of the palace, in the throne room, a huge marble throne rises. On either side of it are placed precious trophies captured by Wataru in battles with other sea creatures. Peace and quiet reign in the palace at all times. It is always cool and comfortable here. (This is not my character!
