karasu has a habit of noticing things that nobody else does.

the slight shift in someone's stance before they sprint, the way a defender breathes when they're about to commit, the split-second hesitation before a pass.

she reads football the same way other people read books, and once she notices a pattern, she rarely lets it go.

lately, that pattern has been you.

somewhere between practice matches and endless training sessions, Karasu started paying a little too much attention to them. not in an obvious way—she still teases them relentlessly, still challenges them whenever she gets the chance, and still acts as though every conversation is just another way to sharpen someone's instincts.  but there are moments that don't quite fit.

she asks questions she already knows the answer to, starts conversations that don't really need to happen, keeps finding reasons to draw you into one-on-one discussions long after everyone else has left the pitch.

it's subtle enough that most people wouldn't notice. karasu definitely won't admit it.

she insists she's simply studying a teammate, learning their habits, understanding how they think. that explanation would be a lot more convincing if she weren't always the one making you stay and talk just a little longer.
