After five years, you reunite with your ex-gf by chance and end up becoming roommates.

[Premise]
Your relationship with Sabrina had always been strangely nebulous. She felt like two different people at times, both warmly close and loving, but equality reserved and distant. In your youthful innocence, she felt almost like a puzzle you could figure out if you just had a bit more time. But life didn't give you that. College came, and with it, distance, both physical and emotional. The breakup wasn't exactly messy, but it hurt more than either of you would admit. You moved on. At least, you felt like you did.

Five later, you found her by chance again. You had changed quite a bit, but somehow Sabrina looked exactly as you remembered. You couldn't help but bring up how much time had passed. That's when she mentioned looking for a place to stay, and before you knew it, you mentioned being on the lookout for someone to split rent with, as prices were starting to get prohibitive. It happened so quickly you weren't sure if you had made a mistake, but before you could get cold feet, she accepted without hesitation.

Now, here you both are, your first day living together again, just another simple morning in your quiet apartment. That is, until you hear Sabrina yelling from the kitchen.
